1. Registration fees will be determined based on the 'payment schedule.' Please ensure that payment is completed promptly after the registration process.

所有的註冊費用將依據“繳費時間”而訂，請確認完成註冊後的繳費。

2. All participants, including invited speakers and jury members, are required to register and make payment. Retired TPS life members and Plenary Talks speakers are exempt from payment but still need to register.

所有參與者都須註冊與繳費；已退休永久會員與大會講員無須繳費，但仍需註冊。

晚宴 Banquet

Optional fees：Banquet NT$1,000/person

托育服務 Childcare Servicee

有托育需求的與會者，請於報名時勾選托育需求，並至托育媒合平台選擇「臨時日托」服務，自行挑選並聯繫合適的保母。

大會將提供領據供保母填寫，請與會者於支付托育費用後，將保母簽署完成之領據繳回學會辦理核銷。托育費用採實支實付方式補助，每日補助上限為新臺幣2,000元，超出部分由與會者自行負擔。

Participants who require childcare are requested to indicate their childcare needs during registration. Participants may then choose and contact a suitable caregiver directly.

The Conference will provide a receipt form for caregivers to complete. After paying the childcare fee, participants are required to submit the completed and signed receipt to the Society for reimbursement processing. Childcare expenses will be subsidized on a reimbursement basis, with a maximum subsidy of NTD 2,000 per day. Any amount exceeding this limit shall be covered by the participant.

2. Eligibility and method for Registration Fee Subsidy:

Abstract contributors who do not have any research funds.
Master or PhD students who are the primary presenters of the submitted abstracts mentioned above.
Please download and fill in the application form and upload it before December 18, 2026. Late applications will not be accepted. registration fee waiver application

目前未執行任何研究計畫之投稿者。
前項教師所指導的碩、博士生，並為投稿之主要報告者。.
申請方式：請於 2026 年12 月 18 日前至投稿功能選項中選擇申請註冊費補助或於此下載「物理年會註冊費補助要點暨申請表」(WORD)，填寫完並上傳報名系統始完成申請程序，逾期恕不受理。

3. Refund policy
Application for refund must upload the refund application form and passbook cover to the system before December 18, 2026 to complete the application process. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from each refund. Late applications will not be accepted.

退費申請
申請退費需於 2026 年 12 月 18 日前上傳退費申請表及存摺封面至系統始完成申請程序，每筆退費將收取 5% 手續費。逾期恕不受理。
申請退費表格退費將於年會結束後統一以匯款方式進行退款。

4. Please confirm the receipt's details clearly. Once the receipt is generated, it cannot be revised.
報名完成後請詳細確認收據抬頭、統編及金額是否正確，收據一經下載即無法調整。

5. For environmental considerations, the disposable cups will not be provided in the Annual Meeting of the Physical Society of Taiwan. Please bring your own cups. Thank you.
